Below are some pics of my new track car project. First off, is shown a fully stripped 2002 Z06 chassis. The new racing engine(427 warhawk block is about 3 weeks away). Pictured are the new wheels and racing slicks(345s back, 315 front). The black CCW rims are covered with a blue protective tape. Shown also are the new carbon fiber body panels for the car including the louvered world challenge hood, rear wing, front diffuser with under tray and flared front/rear fenders to accommodate the wider tires. The new front nose section has an ”ram air” opening in front & shroud to force air into the radiator.(see following post for remaining pics)
