: New CCW SP500's on my 02 Z06 lots of pics
02RonZ06 08-31-2007, 08:27 AM Well I had always wanted a set of the CCW SP500's since I got my Z06 last November, I finially found a sightly used set with BFGoodrich tires for sale, they are 18X10 front and 19X11 rears, a friend of mine and me spent about 7 hours polishing them up the other day before installing them, I also got some front and rear Baer Eradispeed 2 piece brake rotors with the larger 14" rears.

02RonZ06 09-09-2008, 08:58 PM Thanks everyone, I recnetly got some new tires for the rims, (not that I needed them, I did sell the others locally to someone for $900 so I did pretty good there.) I went with a little wider on the rear (305/30/19's) tires thinking that I could get a little better traction, now that I also have the supercharger and other goodies installed as well.

highoctane 09-11-2008, 07:36 AM These are pretty expensive too aren't they?
pearson23 09-11-2008, 08:33 AM I am going to look into these wheels, some of the nicest ones that I have seen!
02RonZ06 09-11-2008, 07:07 PM These are pretty expensive too aren't they?
About $2,700. a set new. I bought mine with really good tires mounted on them for $3,200 I believe. They require a lot of keeping clean if you want to continue to have them look like they do. basically means wiping them down almost everytime that put it back into the garage, with a clean soft towel dedicated just to the wheels. and repolishing a couple times a year. But this polished aluminum looks close to chrome polished.
hammatime 09-12-2008, 06:14 AM Looks great! I like the little wider look in the back and I assume that they fit snug under the fender?
02RonZ06 09-12-2008, 06:25 AM Everything fits well and there are no issues with rubbing and/or scrubbing, although the rear tires now stick out a little from the wheel wells, about a half an inch, I bought the 305/30/19's for the rear, and in some brands the tire is 1/2" skinnier then the brand that I bought which is 1/2" wider then some. So,... but they are wide, yes.
