Thanks! :p Sure do, I have a friend who owns a Corvette salvage yard in Illinois, he should be able to get you a good deal on the parts you need. Also, between Ebay, and some "other" Corvette sites, I'm sure we could find you anything you need. I was able to get a very clean 2002 Z06 for $23,000 which is the foundation of a road race car I'm building. You can find some terrific deals on 2002-2003 C5s. Those are particularly good years, as they offer a good value & most of the imp tech improvements in the C5 line were added by that point. I have raced C5s, C6 couples and C6 Z06s. The C5 Z06 and C6 coupe perform very similarly. I might give the edge to the Z06. Neither holds a candle to the new Z06, but a used C5 Z06 is approx 1/3 the cost of it's C6 counterpart.
