Check for power in sockets (don't run over yourself). If no power track back wiring.

Check your neutral safety switch, It's on the shifter, it all so powers the back up lights.

Could be, I have seen it before, Probably need to check that first.
Today we had a 92 Corvette come in on a wrecker the owner said the fuel pump was bad, He checked the fuel pressure and it was 0 PSI and It had power to the pump, He said he wanted us to install a fuel pump. After a little testing we find it,s just out of gas. My point being always check the simple things first.
And No we didn't install a fuel pump like a lot of shops would, Just 5 gallons of gas and a $45.00 towing bill.
