How many Corvette owners have modified their audio system in ANY way? What have you done to it?

We worked on the silver Corvette on the top left side so we are pretty familiar with these systems. Any questions, feel free to ask.
We used to be a stereo shop called Constellation Audio but now we see on www.AutoSoundCentral.com

Mine hasn't been yet, but it will be in the near future. Audio Dave is going to do all of my work for me. He is an all Corvette audio shop, and he knows his stuff. He is going to be making a few new products off of my car, so keep a lookout for some exciting products coming out of MadVette Motorsports.

I have a site called Corvette Car Audio, and can create anything custom that you need... I have built some sub enclosures and amp racks for Alex and Greg's C6's, and many, many other Corvettes out there. Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions, and I would be happy to help you setup your system. :)

Thanks Mark for the mention.

I just had a Kenwood 8120 put in and it has a few problems. 1. If the stereo is in the off mode at the time the car is started it makes a high pitched electrical sound for about 4 seconds. 2. When turning the volume up it emits a cracking/popping sound from the speackers.

The installer has not been able to fix it and says it has to do with the XM satalite, which I doubt is correct .

What year is your Vette? Also, do you have aftermarket amps on the speakers, or is the rest of the OEM stuff still in the car?

It is a 2007. I had them add the XM interface, satellite HD adapter, wiring harness. and ipod adapater. Everything else is still original. It does not have the bose speakers.
