Hello everyone,

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself, my name is Ed Potter, and I own and operate Late Model Speed here in Decatur, Indiana.

I have been pretty heavily involved in Corvettes since I started working for one of the biggest tuners in the country over 12 years ago. Last year, I left to pursue my own dream, and now have a 2000 sq ft shop complete with a dyno jet chassis dyno, and a 2000 sq ft showroom!

Our main goal is to bring everyone the professional level of quality and service that they desire, without the ultra high name brand price tag that usually comes with it.
let's face it, when you're modifying brand new Corvettes, nothing is cheap, but you shouldn't have to pay a premium just because there's a famous name printed on the parts.

I will make every effort to check in here a couple times daily, so feel free to post or PM me if you have any technical questions that you need answered, or if you need some help figuring out your next combination. You may also want to take a few minuetes to checkout our website www.lmspeed.com

Hope to talk to you soon,
Ed

Nice web site Ed, and I think that the Z06 that you just supercharged is very nice. I like your stance on aftermarket parts. That is a big reason alot of people don't do alot of modding is because of the high prices. I plan on doing some "mild" engine mods in the near future here and I will check and see what you can do for me. Nice to meet you!

Welcome - will need to spend some time on your site next time I need something! Are you a A to Z shop or specialize in a certain area?

I'm looking at a 2002 C5 as a second Vette, it has high milage and needs a little work. Do you carry body, interior parts? I haven't made up my mind yet on the purchase because of its condition. Just doing my homework.
