Have any convertible owners ever tried a wind diverter that attaches to the top of the seats? It's supposed to cut down on the back pressure and wind. Driving with the top down and windows up helps but looks stupid. Sometimes I have to concede to my "passenger's" wishes. I'm sure you know what I mean.

I'm interested in this too. I've found that the top down, at speed, on a trip gets tiring after a while.

oh.
I just LOOKED at one on a website. Now THAT'S FUGLY. Looks like a screen door bug catcher.
darn the luck then.
Maybe I'll make one out of plexiglass. :smack:

The one that I looked at from MAM hooks over the top of sport seats. It's not the screen type but a vinyl piece. It only comes in black and doesn't have a C5 logo. My interior is red so I think that a black piece will look as crappy as driving with the windows up.
This may be the answer as to whether they work...the price is marked down about 50%. Hmmmm. Wonder if it's a slow moving item! There's usually a good reason.

I was going to ask if these were the screen things that you see on some peoples seat in thier Verts. Well now I know !! IMO they don't look very good at all.:ack2:

My wife has big hair...you know like 80's big hair and she c onstantly complains about the wind buffeting around the cockpit. I have to ride with the windows up or hear her complain. I got one of the plexiglass things that hook into some mounts behind the seats. I can't remember the name, but I got it from Corvette America. I don't really like the way it looks, but it beats her whining....
