Is it a new unit, some times there is excessive oil in them when they are new. That is my only thought, but you might want to look into an oil catcher to keep excessive oil from going into the intake.

I would highly doubt that it is from being new, it sounds as though you have a seal that has gone bad somewhere and it is obviously leaking to areas that it shouldn't be!
