Hello.
How long did the car sit? The VATS will kill injector pulse but not fuel pump. If your sure there's NO POWER to the FUEL PUMP, First check the fuel pump fuse and relay. If your car sat up for a long time the fuel pump may have seized up, If so the fuel pump fuse will blow. Check Volts at pump first.

Can you do the listening for the fuel pump to turn on with these cars? You know when you just turn the key to on you can hear the pump?
