Here's where it's at so far. I've dropped the back end an inch and it's now sitting 3/8" higher (at the frame) than the front.

I rather like this height and getting rid of that gap at the rear tire that's on our cars stock. Keep in mind that the driveway is downhill too. I need to raise that part.

It sure seems to like it in the corners too.

I need Corvette people's opinion (unless of course you're banned...)

Try to keep the stock rake or as close to it as you can get... the active handling, ABS, traction control and lord knows what else could be or WILL be affected if you devaite from the stock rake too much... Biker should know all about rake.

The stock rake is .9", the rear being higher...

THANK you for that Tim. That's info I hadn't considered.

Maybe Biker will chime in.

Imagine you just de-tuned that chassis. What would have been safe 160plus is plush over that pothole is you either correct and a straight line is still a straight line; all 4 tires smoking at a 45 degree angle you corrected for that 10" hot-load dee hole lee sheet is that a parts worth of items on the lower look key dare is my car keys is when will I get it back, Mr. Bod Dee Shop?

You sap is man, you and I show up me in showroom stock is pound you a new inch lower. Looks good lowered is you are almost safe at any speed is the parts man knows you buy first name base is =

OH, I love displace is sound familiar we in the engine bay or the chassis play is how I play disgame >> :banned:

Can you handle the laughs or not? :smack: << Inch Chew Goes is lower day boom my ground clearance is sheer off the oil plug is how you 45 degreed the car sideways down the road = Bee Care Full, (crank is case the engine block like a motocross'ear misses a whoop = Case the Joint). :thud:

Lowering is never recommended for all out performance, unless you're running coil overs, I defer to Tom on this though...

 Yeah if you run slammed on the street for any length of time, I'm sure the parts store would know you on a first name basis!

Of course having said that, I plan on lowering all the way on stock bolts, installing the shorter travel Bilstien shocks, upgraded sways with metal end links and getting it allinged...

Disclaimer - Response in under the assumption that I deciphered your cryptic post correctly!!!!  :smack:
