Hi, the O2 light sensor for my tire pressure is on in my '97. I bought the new c6 wheels and they have a different tire pressure sensor than the c5. The guys at Chevy say that I cannot buy the old sensor to put in the new tires and the new sensors won't work with the old computer. I have not tried to do anything and am not very familiar with the computer system. I need some easy way to turn off the light sensor on the dashboard. Thanks.

I'm fairly certain the only way to turn that off is via a Tech II diagnostic machine. Call your local Chevy dealer and ask them about it.
