Upgrade your radiator it will end your overhearing problems trust me I just had to do it myself...I used a griffen 4 core race radiator but they make some specifically for Vettes I forget the name of them though. Check some of the links from the forums main page that is where I saw them. I hope this helps...

How much was the Griffen? Also I think that Dewitts makes them also and they are nice too!

Keep us posted on how this turns out for you. This seems like it would be a popular problem among all of us.

Ill Try Again. Have Had The Same Problems With Mine...new Everything Replaced. Finally Took It To A Local Mechanic Who Noticed That The Same Wiring That Was Used For Both The Factory And The Aftermaret Fan Was Being Used And Was Over Amping The Current Wiring Capabilities. Changed It Out And No More Problems..sitting In Dallas 100 Degree For An Hour And Not Much Over 190. Im Quite Happy And My Wallet It Also...hope It Helps...phil

Curious on the outcome of this?? Would like to see what worked for you to get the temps down?

You sure the radiator fan is turning on when it's overheating? Mine wasn't, replaced fan, all is great now!
