Any one know of a good red wax that can be used for when we get a chip in the paint the white composite shows threw?? The lower front of my nose has all these little white marks and I would like to "hide" these.

Dyed or colored waxes aren't especially good for your paint. They tend to stain over time and if they are left on too long......it's bad news bears!
If you are looking to cover stuff up, you can use a glaze of some kinor a good Carnauba wax. For chips.....the best thing is to get some touch up paint and let it dry overnight in your garage. The next day you can go back and wetsand it down with a 3000 grit block. When it gets to your liking....polish it back out!

you might also want to try a sharpie to fill in the small spots
