Hi and welcome! Your actuator doors are more likely the culprit here. First pull the fuse for that circuit or disconnect the battery to see if the system will automatically recalibrate the travel for the doors. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to reset the actuator doors manually by turning a gear by one tooth. The procedure is here;

Does that year or model have dual climate controls? If so are both on the right temp. that you are wanting, I know it sounds like a stupid question, but maybe that might help as well. I agree with above, it probably is a shutter door not working or stuck or something of that form. I'm not sure how they are controlled if by a fuse and electrical then yes a fuse could be involved.
