my rececntly purchased 75 vette originally had a/c. all parts and hoses are still in place
except the compressor and mounting brackets. of course the compressor is easily available to purchase. the original mortor was a 350. previous owner replaced it with a
1978 400 capris engine.

mounting brackets that i have seen thus far are listed for 350/427/454 i have no clue if
any of these will work or even if reinstalling the air compressor is a possibility since the engine has been changed . can some one offer advise or suggestions

A 400 is a small block chevy so 350 bracktes will work as long as he used all the pullys and other brackets from the 350. Sounds like you just need s.b.c A/C brackets for a 75.
