I have a buddy of mine who has a 1988 Vette with 39,000 original miles on it and he is asking $16,000? I'm really tempted. The car runs good and looks excellent? Don't know alot about this year so I figured would post and get some feedback. Thanks.

Don't you think it's kinda expensive for a 88? I had a 90 and didnt get close to that much for it. The c-4's don't come close to our cars!

It was a convertible, I decided to pass at this time, I searched online and found better prices, he didn't want to move on the price. Who knows I may save up for an '08!

If your thinking about getting a 2nd vette consider a 2002-03 model year Z06. Great performance and you can pick up 23-24 if you look around.
