Who makes if any a head unit that has a built in CD changer in the head unit it self? Looking for a 3 CD stereo? Does this make since? Its been so long and not sure who makes a good unit and then how to shop for one these days? Thanks

Oh and if I was going to replace the stock speakers also what brand would you recommend for a direct replacement?
