Hey thanx for sharing! That one shot of the C6 in a four wheel drift was pretty cool!

Yeah that drift was nice wasnt it..I tryed the same thing in my C4 with a little too much power and ended up pointing back forwards my house...:eek:

LOL Oh I could tell ya some stories of $hit that I did in Europe.... I'm surprised I'm still alive! I went and got backwards once doing 120ish...

Yeah I took the 96 up to 157mph the funny thing was the speedo was skippin numbers in 2's and 3's all the way up to 157mph:eek: I guess I had some more to go but raw acceleration into a tree at that speed wouldn't be cool so I backed off.:eek:

LMAO! I'm reading these post from you two and laughing my a$$ off! Where you in service over seas? I had a friend that was station over seas for number of years who said its a blast driving over there!

LOL Yeah I was in the Air Force and spent 13 years stationed in Germany and was on the road constantly all over Europe and the Middle East. It was a fantastic time to be single and a Vette owner!!! I'll tell ys the Autobahn is kinda scarey, it isn't setup like out interstate system... it's alot windier and narrower... LOL Damn near every gear head that came over there rolled their car getting off of it! They exits typically have super sharp turns and after going 140 or 160... 80 seems kinda slow, BUT not slow enught o exit! LOL I still have pain from one roll...

Anyway, seems like a long time ago now... :(

Hey! I just remembered that my 77 is in Vette Vues at a Vette show over there in Idstein Germany, I was in allot of German Magazines but that was the only American one...

Yeah I was in Japan for 4 years...The driving over here isn't what it should be...But from what Ive seen Im not all that impressed..As a matter of fact the fastest car on the Naval Base where I was at is a Red Corvette C5 by the way:D no lie... Japan has some nice countrysides narrow roads and city driving is a mess...
