A friend smoked in my car a while back and the ac was on? (I left the car running and he was in the car when I went into store - he had window down with AC still running) Yep my fault. When I have the AC on now it still smells? What can I do here?

There's no filter that I'm aware of all, I'm curious as to why it would smell with only the AC. Was the system in re-circulate mode?
Well anyway, on our rental properties the only thing that really cleans up nicotine is Amonia. But if it's in your duct work.... that's alot of ripping and tearing...
Maybe someone else will chime in with a better idea!

It was in re-circulate mode, I don't want to go ripping apart half the car. Worse case I will jam a few dozen xmas tree air fresheners in all the vents. LOL I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke! Thanks for your help.
