Is Lloyds the only company that makes a decent floor mat?

That's an excellent question! And I'd have to say yes! LOL At least as far as quality carpetted mats go.

For protection there are alot of options out there from simple clear plastic to the mud catchers. If your stock mats are really bad I'd get Loyds and some protective mats... I had gottem some really nice black rubber ones for my '77 that had a raised C3 emblem on em, from Ecklers I believe...

I have the Lloyds mats and will say there is a major difference in my opinion of the quality from the stock mats. Cost more but worth it.

Just bought the Lloyds front and cargo mats with both the Corvette emblem and lettering from Mid America. Little pricey but have gotten alot of compliments, and they look great.

I tried the clear liners , they were very slippery.

Agree, the clear liners ended up being to slippery. Just clean them frequently!

Bought mine from Mid America myself, agree they are pricey but great quality. Just a big difference from the stock mats. :D
