Can anyone tell me how the light bulbs for the middle gauge cluster are wired? (for a 1977) I mean, are they all wired together and then there's one main wire that goes to the fuse box?
Also.....can anyone tell me the exact part # for the bulbs? Thanks!

Typically, that is the way all old GM cars are wired... but, I couldn't tell for sure without looking at it and testing the wiring itself. The part number for the bulb should be on the bulb itself, or a service manual from Chilton, or the Corvette service manual should have the part number listed. The chilton guide should have a wiring schematic as well... haynes usually doesn't have much info that is worth using, however...
Hope this helps!!

Thanks, Dave. I have the Haynes manual for it and I even have the pristine and original owners manual that came with it. I just thought I'd ask here before digging through them or taking the cluster apart.
I had never driven the car at night, in the last 4 years I've owned it, until last week. It was then I noticed that every single light on the car was working except the center gauge cluster. I was told that each gauge has it's own bulb, so I thought it was a bid odd that all 5 bulbs would burn out at the same time. Then I checked the fuses and all were good. So my next guess was that they might all be wired together and the lead wire coming from them has somehow become disconnected. I'll look into it this weekend.
Thanks again for the reply!

Not a problem!! Keep us posted on what you find. With all the bulbs being out, a pinched or cut wire is not out of the question. Also, on the fuses, make sure to do a continuity test on the fuse itself... sometimes they look good, but the metal inside may be broken at the end where you cannot see it, and would look like a good fuse.
