I'm still in the "looking for a good deal stage" and have been shopping around now for a couple months for a used twin turbo system. I have read a few reports that it is recommended to run methanol with any sort of forced induction? What are people's view here about that?

Some say its considered a band aid and others have no problems with it and highly recommend it?

Methanol is good for any FI because it will help you cool the intake air temps which will allow you to bump up timing and get more power!

This kit has been used on the quickest/fastest SC'd, and STS equipped C5's, it's track record speaks for itself.:cheers:

From what I gather on my STS setup...the fact that there is so much piping in my system it really drops the hi temps normally associated with turbos plus I have an intercooler and Im sure that does even more. I could see it being valuable with front mount kits but not on an STS rear mount setup. Just an opinion.
