I am going through a similiar issue right now with mine since I got it back from having the supercharger installed, all was working fine before the big job, and now it is barely trickleing out the vents on high blower, I got a picture of all the parts from the dealer, I am about to go out and see if something in blocking the blower motor inlet for air at the moment, it seems that it may be the problem. I am hoping to find something obstructing the inlet and when removed then lots more air will go in, and hence more cold are will come out. I hope it isn't thing like you mentioned above. It is about 85 degrees here in the Chattanooga area now. Let me know what you find out or have done, and sorry I couldn't help more.

Try to recycle the actuators first by pulling the fuses for the HVAC unit or disconnecting the negative battery lead for a few minutes. Once you restore power to the unit you should be able to hear the actuators recalibrate themselves... this might get them working again.

If not you'll need to replace or repair (sometimes re-indexing the drive gear fixes it) the offending actator. Check your codes to see if it's the driver or passenger actuator. Give me your EMail addy and I'll send you the info on trying the fixes described above or replacing em.

Going thru the same thing here.. Pass side blows cold.. Drivers side is hot. Tried pulling fuses, batt disconnect, nothing. Cleared the AC code but keeps tripping. ARGHHHH:banghead:

Had the same problem with mine. This was the fix. found out the same problem happends with about 60% of C5 corvettes. the fix
1. remove battery 2. remove battery tray 3. inspect for any dry battery acid residue under battery tray and wire harness. 4. if acid is presnent, nutralize with bakeing soda. 5. you may have to remove the fender to complete this one. behind fender is a small vacume canister with the vacume line that controls the door for your AC heater, its the first thing to get eaten up by the acid. 6. replace acid attacked wire loom wich normaly gets eatn up also. 7. replace vacume line with new hose or splice out bad part. 8. replce fender, bat tray, and battery. 9. try AC temp with car key on but not running, you should hear doors moving opening and closing as you change temp. 10. start car and feel the cool air!. the whole job took me about two hours. i was shocked with how much of the wire loom vacume hoses and paint was eaten away. I went to a gel cell battery wich i found doesnt not leak like the stock GM battery did. If your not the orignal owner then you dont know what happened before you had the car with the bettery. If you have ever seen a bit of acid residue on your cable ( dry white or green powder on connection) then you battery has leaked. Just FYI, my backround, ASE certified Mech for 20 years owner of C3, C4, C5 corvette. Hope this helps.
