:banghead: We have 2000 Coup. Original front cowl seal at the windshield had come lose on the driver's side. We were told to use windshield sealant, which we did and all it did was make a black mess and the rubber still came up. We finally purchased a new cowl which included the rubber seal. The cowl was replaced 2 weeks ago and the rubber on the passenger side corner has buckled up and does not lay flat against the windshield. On the original part the only thing holding the rubber to the cowl is a piece of tape! Does anyone have any suggestions? We cannot afford to replace the entire cowl piece every time this happens. And you cannot buy the rubber piece alone, you have to purchase the whole cowl piece.
