Has anyone installed a navigation unit in their C5? If so what make do you recommend and what is involved with the install? What head units work best, cost if you have it? Thanks all!

Try Pioneer Z2 or D3, very popular and reliable units. The Z2 has pretty top notch navigation, 30GB hard drive, and you can watch DVD's.
