I'm getting ready to fit headers and high flow cats on my C6 Z06 and was wondering which is a better header LG or Kooks longtubes?

Who ever has the best deal. Generally the LG's will give you a bit more low/mid torque and the Kooks will give you more mid & high.

You can't go wrong with either one.

From what I have heard in the past the Kook's are the way to go overall, just what I have heard...

We are dealers for both and I have to agree wit Dynamic Solutions, the LG's do make better toorque through the midrange, but they cost a little more.
Both are top of the line headers, it just depends what you're looking for.

Feel free to PM me for a great price on either
