When I gutted the interior of my '84, I threw out my parking brake handle assembly because it was broken. The previous owner had a spare he gave me, which was in much better shape. Well, my interior is going back together now. I went to reassemble the parking brake handle assembly, only to become totally confused. I think there are pieces missing or something. I can't figure out where the end of the cable connects to the handle. I'm afraid I may have thrown the other one away prematurely. There may have been a piece on it I needed for the new one. Does anyone know of a photo or exploded view diagram of the parking brake handle assembly? I just need to get a visual idea of what, if anything, I'm missing. Also, if there are pieces missing, does anyone know who sells these? I've been looking through Corvette America catalogs and Mid America catalogs, but to no avail. I can find '88 and up, but no '84s.

One photo shows the handle in the 'down' position, one shows it in the 'up' position. I can't tell if any pieces are missing, and I can't tell where the cable attaches. The piece with the arrow pointing to it is for the door sill, I'm sure, but I'm not sure where it goes. Any help figuring out where the cable attaches, or just telling me if I have parts missing would help me a ton.
