my car heats up dramatically after a long ride, I installed another fan but nothing happened .The problem is that the inter cooler is blocking the air form going through to the radiator . even the oil temperature is high. is there any oil coolers, fan, electric water pump or an after market radiators that help to maintain engine temperature.

Yes there are a few of those products that would assist in the cooling down of your vette. On our siver vette we have a Dewitts radiator that is being utilized and this vette is SC. We want it a little cooler so we have the following upgrades that we are going to install, Meziere elect water pump, Lingenfelter oil cooler, and we will see and report on how these worked!!

If possible move the I/C away from the radiator. If you have too many coolers stacked the one in the rear will run the hottest.

keep us informed, I hate to hear that. My front mounted intercooler doesn't really affect the temps all that much.

I noticed your location, if I'm correct you are in a very hot, harsh environment? If so, there are several things that can be done to make a forced induction car operate properly, PM me and I would be happy to provide you a list.

I had one customer in Qatar, that had a twin turbo car that was melting everything under the hood. We couldn't figure out why untill one day he told me that he typically drove the car at WOT for 45 min to an hour at a time in 120 deg heat:drool5:

Once we knew that, it was easy to address his problem.

stage2 procharger with twin intercoolers ...intercooler conection tube blocking airflow...solved by 1.installing dewit's rad.,2.replacing solid foglight bezels with mesh type,3. running 180stat,twinspal fans...now stays between 180º & 190º. Hope this helps you...tomorrow installing b&m maxicool tranny cooler.

Someone needs to build and sell a nice looking effective heat extraction hood, just my opinion.

That would be nice. Something that actually has a purpose other than just looks!

I like the look of the hoods that have the hole where the supercharger is and it sticks out a little.
