Seal is leaking and need to swap, can the oil pan in a 2000 C5 be removed with out having to remove the engine? Or will I need to raise the motor?

You should be able to raise the motor a little but be careful of the firewall. Another way is to drop the front cradle a little, this might be the easier way.
