I know my stock 02 Vette is putting down bout 290 RWHP, and I was thinking bout doing some slight mods. More specifically, just some small things like CAI, Borla Exhaust, new thermostat, and a tune.
Does anyone have any idea what this would increase my RWHP to?
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the tune wouldn't be a professional tune, I would probably just buy a Predator or something :)

I think you could probably see anywhere from 30 to 45 to the wheels. I know it does'nt sound like alot but it will definetely be enough for you to feel a nice difference in your Vette!!

With full bolt-ons you'd see the numbers Greg is talking about, see my sig for example.
There are exspensive and inexspensive ways of achieving a complete package. You can mod your own CAI up for example and get used exhaust components, the Titanium (Ti) exhaust from a Z06 can be had for $300 and preforms very well...
I consulted with a company that will be releasing a new exhaust system soon that will be Corvette Tax free. I'm running an older version of their Headers and X Pipe now, they were $400 shipped!

Well I will be interested to see how their products look and perform.

Check the product review section out, I have a write up on the older system.
