Get the one with clean history (Not a Flood Casualty) and if it is possible completely stock with low mileage. You shouldn't have any major repair to worry, normally C5 comes with a very powerful good engine.

Always ask for a CARFAX or a VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT. These are not fool proof because some things can slip past these reports if work is done in small mom and pop shops. Have a trustworthy mechanic look over the vehicle before you make the purchase. Its always better to buy from a reputable dealer who will honor a warranty or purchase an extended warranty from a reputable company. Good luck with the search and purchase. Lets see some photos after you get one!!!!
