I just lowered my '03 and and want to add a stiffer suspension. Whats the best sway bar and shock to install on a lowered C5? Thanks

Lots of good choices. I would speak with Aron Pfadt a forum vendor. They have excellent shock and sway bar options. You should also consider their coil over options.

Doug Rippie Motorsports also is a good outfit to work with. Good luck.

I assume the orig poster has OEM? Not sure if your question directed to me (assuming it is):

I have Moton 2 Way coil-overs and T1 bars. The Motons are a better coil-over system but also about twice the price. I road race weekly. For the posters purposes Moton's would be overkill.

Pfadts sway bars are outstanding. They have different types depending on the intended use and stiffness.

9 times out of 10 everyone else will not need the suspension set up that Tom has! I have a friend with the Pfadt suspension and he loves them.

We would be happy to discuss with you your options! The best solution really depends on what you are expecting to get out of the car.

If you are looking for just a daily driver and weekend canyon carver then I would suggest our excellent new Sport Shocks and a set of Street Sway Bars.

If you are looking to do a few, less then say 5, then I would urge you to consider going to coil overs. Our coil overs also have the added benefit of independent ride height adjustment, so you can lower the car without sacrificing shock travel. The package I would recommend for this situation is our Coil Overs and Street Sway Bars.

If you are looking to do more track days a year then I would suggest going with coil overs and our Competition Sway Bars.

If you are really not ready to make the move to coil overs and handling is still a primary concern then our Sport Shocks with a Competition Sway Bar is a excellent package as well.

We would be more then happy to discuss the different options and help you determine the best setup for your Corvette!

Happy motoring and I hope to hear from you soon! :burnout:

The op could have Z51 soft ride...I was just wondering.

Your setup sounds pretty sweet. Love the T/S
