The bose radio has not worked in my vette for a couple of years, does anybody know where the amps are located? I am thinking of parking the bose radio and go with a after market radio so I need to bypass the amps. Ed:confused: :confused:

Most Bose stereos have amplified speakers So if this is the case with the vette then you will also have to purchase new speakers & most of the time you will have to rewire the whole car when it comes to replacing a bose. I was fortunate enough that my vette already had an aftermarket stereo installed when I purchased it.
