Anytime in get into a turn the "Service Active Handling" light appears then my engine starts missing a bit. What does this mean, and what am I in for?

You need to find the trouble codes. It's cause could be several things. I got that message along with ABS & TCS messages after I upgrade to SS brake lines. In my situation I was able to clear the codes & everything was fine.
