How many of you leave your cars in overdrive when your not on the highway?

Always. I've heard people say that having the car in overdrive around town will ruin the transmission but that's a complete myth. The car won't shift into overdrive until a specified speed and throttle position/vacuum. Leave it in OD and don't worry about it.
