Going to change plugs and wires soon. What is the best combo to run on an LS1, 98' ? Got 47K on the odo.

best is very subjective
you won't gain any power unless your current plugs and wires are bad

I like Taylor wires , but there are MANY good ones
I also like the AC/Delco plugs , but AGAIN there are many other good ones.
I'd have to say there is no " best "

Both are great products.

I have the Taylor Thundervolt, They are well insulated.

Thanks, I was thinking NGK Iridium, and see whats out there for wires. I know you don't get any hp gain with this. Just want to keep things running the best.
