Can anyone help me on what I should have done for maintenance wise on my 2000 Corvette that is coming close to hitting 60,000 miles? Thank you.

Flush the fluids and you should be good to go. As long as the brakes, tires, no leaks, and it runs grate. Plugs wires are good for a lot more miles.

At 60K I would do the o2 sensors (Front) as well as the plugs and wires. Will they go past 100K? Maybe...

The front o2 sensors can be a bit spendy from a dealership but they are worth it in fuel economy, drivability, and longevity of the engine.

You should also consider an alignment after 60K. Another thing that certainly won't hurt.
