I have a 1990 Corvette and the electronic heat/ac does not power up. There is power at the plug and the electronic controller is brand new. All fuses have been checked and all are good. Any suggestions.

Under the hood on the pass side there is the air box for the heat and A/C on the fire wall ,on top there is a fan control unit. It will get hot and the plug will melt. try unplugging it and cleaning it the best you can if that does not work it must be replaced it. Very common problem.
