I'm looking at getting a sub for the back and was wondering is there a difference in sound quality between a round sub woofer and a square one?

I'm looking at getting a sub for the back and was wondering is there a difference in sound quality between a round sub woofer and a square one?


they say square subs have more surface area to push air. i had 3 12 kicker L7 (square) and 3 12 rockford T1(round). they both pounded hard depends on the amp i guess i was running a rockford t10001. couldnt really tell a difference
