Can these be rebuild or am I better off just buying a new one?

How has the best price on these for a 1996 C4 then?

My experience with looking for the lowest price mechanical part in 40 years of corvette ownership has been nothing but %100 grief, save yourself some money in the end and spend a few bucks more. OEM,NOS, etc can be very expensive at times, a good alternative for me has been NAPA. Every town in America has at least one quality parts house that you can buy from at a decent price.
