If you want to go with max bling check out Iforged, BBS. If you road race, check out Fiske. If you are going with powder coated rims, it's common to have the lip either chrome or brushed. Painted lips can get scratched and look beat up more easily than the centers. For road racing, I run with all black(incl lips) CCW Corsair rims.
