Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I have only one headlight poping up, and I can jump the motor and it goes up and down. I just bought the car two days ago? UGH

Sounds like a headlight motor gear. The worm gear on the motor is metal and the other gear is plastic. When the teeth on the plastic gear wear down, the can get jammed and sometimes the headlight motor makes a very annoying sound.

ebay has brass replacement gears available. Costs about $40 and takes about an hour to fix.

I can manually with a jumper wire run the headlight up or reverse it and run it down, any other thoughts on what is wrong? I cant find any relays? Thanks JOE

Sounds like it's electrical. Check your fuses, wire harnesses and wires for continuity.

The first thing I would start with is the schematic of the headlight circuit. You ain't gonna trouble-shoot anything effectively without them.

Here are the schematics (http://www.pc-surgeon.net/images/cforum/instructions/2001 Headamp Door Schematics.zip).

One schematic is to the Headlamp Door Opening Assembly. The other schematic is to the Headlamp Opening Door Actuator Control Module.

If you can read these schematics then you should be able to resolve your issue rather quickly.
