My dad and I installed an aftermarket fan on my vette, it is lighter than the stock one so it is easier to spin for the motor. How much this actually helps I don't know I will leave that up to the designers! I do plan on getting a new radiator maybe from Ron Davis , Dewitts or Be Cool.

Install a 180 thermostat and reprogram the computer. HyperTech Programer works great.

I was just looking at oil coolers that claim to reduce oil temps down to the 180's. Then the guy was saying this will keep the coolant temps better also.

The way I chose was to change my thermostat to a 170 along with adding a fan switch harness kit to turn the fans on sooner my 92 now runs between 170 and 195 cost about $70.00 and couple yours time, you can choose to add a prom or reprogram the computer to change fan temps, electric fans will also help however they are more expensive, however you will still have to make some decision on your fan circut temps and thermostat changes
