The drive shaft is different (smaller), but both ends on the half shafts are the same.
Go with Neapco or Spicer solid joints (non-greasable).

Agreed, there is a difference left to right, but both sides use the same u-joints.

And here's how I know why (I use any excuse i can to post my carnage).

wrong All C4 half shafts are interchangeable with one another. They take Spicer 1350 series u joints IN ALL LOCATIONS. The c4 drive shaft takes a smaller Spicer 1310 series u joint IN ALL LOCATIONS.
