I actually like the digital dash, I know many out there don't care for it. But I do so thats what counts!

Kind of hard to read, And the dashs fail all the time, But was state of the art when new.

A sports car should have round gauges. The digital dash is the main thing I don't like about my C-4

I think the Digital dash makes my car unique, if you ever get a chance to see the controls of a small two pilot jet like the Falcon you'll appreciate the early C4 dash configuration even more.

:iagree:

This is what sets us apart from the other generations of vettes. I like my dash. Never had a problem with it yet...knock on wood!

I like the digital dash. I like the idea of flipping switches to see other dash gauges as well. Yeah, I'm starting to have issues that will require repair or replacement, but will still like it when those are taken care of.

Never been a big fan of them myself. Car came with it and it didn't work then and doesn't work now:(

I don't care for flipping switches to see whats happening with my engine and I could care less about the readings in metric:toetap05:

I thought about replacing the digi-dash with a Dakota Digital dash but i'm afraid I'd run into the same problems eventually and it's kind of bland.

Looks like I'm in for a custom install....

I hated the digital dash. It look like the cockpit from a Buck Rogers spaceship. Analog gauges are the best

If you remember the way things were in the 80’s that was the new wave. Even my mothers old Grand Am had one. Digital dash, watches, clocks you name it. We were going into the future. Everybody wanted futuristic space age things. I guess it is one of the charms of the C-4’s but like some others here I would love to get rid of it for old gauges. I trust them more.

It's ok, but my least favorite part of car. I think C5's have best interior ever in vette.

Digital dash is great and is like stepping into a Jet cockpit!:burnout:

I like it! I know some don't but I think that for it's time it was very futuristic and now it gives it that quirky kind of look!!

I like it--the features are unique and ahead of it's time--that said I've had no problems with mine--when and if I do my opinion will likely change--at least a little:driving:

I don't know if I like them or not, my vette didn't come with the Digital Dash, it came with after market gauges

Personally, the digital dash is one of the features that sets the C4 ahead of its time for all cars. I've always thought of the Vette as a futuristic looking car and the digital dash makes it more concrete as that icon. I do know that the control modules can be somewhat expensive, but at least they don't have to be replaced that often.
