My Service ABS Service ASR lights come on as soon as I move the the car, every time. I have an OBDII diagnostic reader, but it does not show any codes for this condition. Brakes are in good shape and fluid level OK. Car runs and brakes fine, but the lights are annoying. Any guesses?

Some thing in your ABS/Traction control system has failed, Could be any thing from a wheel speed sensor to the main ABS/ASR Control unit. You will need a ABS Tester to pull the codes, It plugs into the same ALDL port as your OBD diagnostic reader.
