: Is replacing shocks a dyi job?

I think the shocks are on my 94 are in need of replacement/upgrade. Do you recommend a pro doing the job or its it an easy enough job to do-it-myself? Any recommendations...

very easy to do by yourself if you have a jack.:cheers:

You did not say if your car has the adjustable FX3 Shocks. If it does they are not so easy to install for a first timer, The adjuster motor must be timed with the shock when installed. The shock has three settings the adjuster must be in the same position as the shock when installed to work correctly. The FX3 shocks are Very expensive if your car does have them be careful when installing.
