I have a 2002 and it's just in front of the pass. headlight down on the frame rail. You can see it and reach your hand in and pry it up, it's held in with a plastic plug like the ones on the hood liner. I used a small pair of angled needle nose pliers to pry it up. then a tiny screw driver to lift the notched black plastic side tabs up a little to unplug it.

:iagree: That's the correct info, and I will add that when I changed mine on my 2000 convertible, it was close to the lower passenger side of the radiator, just to give another idea of exactly where this little sucker is. Easy 3 minute swap, all you really need to do is just pop the hood up to see it.
