I have it on good authority that "all Corvettes are Red... all other colours are just mistakes". -- John Heinricy (Corvette racer, endurance record holder and Supervisor of the C-4 development program at GM.) 'Nuff said! (It's kind of hard to argue with the man who was largely responsible for developing the car in the 1st place!)

My red 87 alongside my 03 C5. Bought the C4 as a fixer upper.
Seems quicker than the C5.
Not sure which I like driving the most.
The body could do with a respray but I
like it as is. Fitted new carpet, wheels and tyres, the usual.

This is my Red Corvette, it's a 1989.It's my third Corvette, I also had a Black on Black 1976 Stingray and a White 1981 with red interior. I think this is my favorite though. I've only had it 2 months. PixeeDust23 from California

I have a brand new slightly abused red 85. The top coat is starting to peal and the rest of the red is starting to fade. I think it spent a lot of time in the sun with the prior owner, but now it has a garage of its very own. WIP (work in progress)
