My 2002 C5 has been in the Corvette shop for 7 weeks now, and still waiting for LG to ship the Pro long tube headers with X-pipe, I have called and pleated with them to expedite the order and find out when they plan to ship?? Besides being rude on the phone they will only say,, we should see them in the next week or so,, I told them that this is what they always say when I call, NO HELP from them at all. I would change to another mfg. but the shop that has my vette, has them on order. I have been looking for another Quality Header Mfg. that has a set in stock with a reasonable price to order from. I have had other work done on the Vette while it was in the shop. But for the last 2-1/2 weeks all they need to complete the work is the headers.
They have to be another Mfg, of headers that are better to work with than LG.

I would be :catfight: :wtf::1sm258fight::duel: I never had to deal with anything like that with my car thank goodness. But I have KOOKS on mine and LOVE THEM!!!! Why isn't the garage calling them?????

get all your parts ahead of time and then set a day with shop for install. and as far as the order your waiting on cancel it and get them some wher else,LG isn't the only game in town

ive always had my stuff from lg in a week or so they have been great to work with sorry to hear your having problems

Are they with the 3" pipes? I ordered some for my C6 and they won't be shipped for 2-3 weeks, so I went with 2 1/2" pipes and they should be shipped in the next day or so.

BS,,,go get your car back!! Orders are made to be cancelled

It only an opinion but isn't a company expected to act in a professional manner, that's part of what you're paying for?
If they accept an order, and do not deliver in a reasonable time, then they probably have not met those expectations, not the buyer.
Maybe you should demand your money, and your car back!

:thumbsup3:You know I got mine from LG and had them quick as well, when I had a couple of issues hooking them up they were nice and helped me out without any rudeness at all, they even emailed me and thanked me for my business as well! Sorry to hear your having problems, but like it's been said earlier there are plenty of sites online that cater to Corvettes only you can buy lot's of quality header systems from. I have never dealt with LG before, hope you get it all taken care of.

I got the problem resolved with LG today, they shipped the Headers to the Corvette shop here in Tulsa, and they are being installed. They are the Street Pro’s and I should have my Vette back maybe by Monday, WOW, It’s been a long ordeal. Thank you LG for responding to this problem, and all you Concerned forum members. Anthony is very cool, he's the one that emailed me twice and whom took very good care of me as well. Glad it all worked out for ya!! I got the offroad set up, very awesome scream to my exhaust now!! :burnout::banana::banana:
